Fairview is an older area of the city just off from the central part sort to speak. Lodging in this area is not as prevalent as the downtown areas and probably not as accessible by walking, at least not a short walk. However if you have a vehicle or a way to get around their are a few lodging spots to choose from. The Titanic Grave Site cemetery is located within this part of the city. Chebucto Inn This small but quaint 30 room inn is located in the opposite direction from Keddys mentioned above. About a 10 minute drive from the Teachers Union. This Inn has two levels,entrance is from the outside. They have ample free parking, restaurant facilities,a bar, and weekly entertainment. If driving, this location is about a 5-7 min drive to the downtown areas, and under 5 min to popular fast food outlets such as MacDonalds,Wendy's Harvey's Swiss Chalet.(10 min or so if walking) A local Pub, Jenny's, is two steps away. It is very close to the MacKay bridge as well. This Inn is approximately a 15 minute or so walk from the Titanic Grave Site cemetery.
